Este documento presenta las preocupaciones del Centro con respeto a Congresos y debates de PEN. En dos puntos, el Centro presenta sus recomendaciones de mejora, como que expertos en algunas areas sean invitados a hablar a los delegados, que los temas a discutir sean menos generales, y que se consideren las colaboraciones con músicos y compositores.
