Presidential candidates at the 81st Congress

Photograph of a discussion panel during which the three candidates to the PEN International presidency were invited to introduce themselves and answer questions from the delegates. From right to left: Jennifer Clement, president of Mexican Centre (2009-12) and president of PEN International (2015-); Zeynep Oral, president of Turkish Centre (2015-); Vida Ognjenović, president of the Serbian Centre; and Émile Martel, president of the Quebecois Centre (2000-16), who was chairing the panel. This event took place during the 81st Congress of PEN International which took place from 13 to 16 October 2015 in Quebec City. The title of the Congress was Translation = Creation = Freedom. Clement was ultimately elected president during this Congress.

Cet événement s'est tenu lors du 81e Congrès du PEN International, qui a eu lieu du 13 au 16 octobre 2015, à Québec. Le titre de ce Congrès était Translation = Creation = Freedom. Clement a finalement remporté les élections et été élue présidente lors de ce Congrès.
