2^nd Cultural Identity Congress

Photograph of PEN members and literary associates at the Bolivian Centre’s 2^nd International Congress on Historical Heritage and Cultural Identity, which took place at the Centro Pedagógico y Cultural Simón I. Patiño in Cochabamba on 5-9 November 2001. Organised by the Bolivian Centre in collaboration with the University of San Simón, the objectives of this Congress were to champion, promote and protect Bolivia’s cultural heritage. Gaby Vallejo, co-founder and president of the Committee of Women Writers of PEN Bolivia, can be seen standing seventh from the left.

Patiño à Cochabamba les 5-9 novembre 2001. Organisé par le Centre bolivien en collaboration avec l'Université de San Simón, les objectifs de ce congrès étaient de promouvoir et de défendre l'héritage culturel de la Bolivie. On peut voir Gaby Vallejo, co-fondatrice et présidente du Comité des Femmes Écrivaines de PEN Bolivie, debout, septième à partir de la gauche.

Patiño, en Cochabamba del 5 al 9 de noviembre de 2001. Fue organizado por el Centro Boliviano en colaboración con la Universidad Mayor de San Simón, con los objetivos celebrar, promover y proteger el patrimonio cultural boliviano. Gaby Vallejo, cofundadora y presidenta del Comité de Mujeres Escritoras del PEN Bolivia, puede verse de pie, séptima empezando por la izquierda.
