Flyer for a panel discussion held on 7 April 2017 at Hotel Norbu House in Dharamsala titled Intersection of Language, Culture and Identity. This event was co-organised by the Tibetan Writers Abroad Centre and the Tibetan Centre for Human Rights and Democracy and saw the release of a report titled “Bilingual Policy in Tibet: The Systematic Replacement of Tibetan Language by Mandarin Chinese”.
