This event was co-organised by the Tibetan Centre for Human Rights and Democracy and the Tibetan Writers Abroad Centre, and was held at the conference hall of the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives (LTWA) in Dharamsala. A report in Tibetan titled “Tibetan literature: In the Web of Censorship and Discrimination” was issued to guests at the event.
