This event was co-organised by the Tibetan Centre for Human Rights and Democracy and the Tibetan Writers Abroad Centre and took place at the conference hall of the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives (LTWA) in Dharamsala. The report seen here held by the speakers was issued to guests during the event, and was titled “Tibetan literature: In the Web of Censorship and Discrimination”.
