Crisis of Credibility event at Lagos Book Fair

This event was organised by the Nigerian Centre as part of PEN International’s Day of the Dead Campaign – an inititative that was launched on 2 November 2011 as a means of annually commemorating writers and journalists who have been murdered, or who have disappeared, as a result of their work.

Pancarta creada por el Centro Nigeriano anunciando una ponencia titulada Literary Prizes and the Crisis of Credibility: the curious case of the Nobel Prize, que tuvo lugar el 7 de noviembre de 2018 en el Freedom Park de Lagos, dentro de la Feria del Libro y del Arte de Lagos. Este evento fue organizado por el Centro Nigeriano en el marco de la campaña del Día de los Muertos de PEN Internacional, una iniciativa celebrada cada año el 2 de noviembre desde 2011, para conmemorar a los escritores y periodistas asesinados o desaparecidos por haber ejercido su trabajo.
