Photograph of members of the Tibetan Writers Abroad Centre holding reports at an event organised by the Centre for Day of the Imprisoned Writer, 15 November 2017. This event was co-organised with the Tibetan Centre for Human Rights and Democracy, and was held at Hotel Norbu House in Dharamsala. A report titled “Defenders of Expression: A Report on Imprisoned Tibetan Writers” was issued to guests during the event. Lokdun, vice-president of the Tibetan Writers Abroad Centre (2016-22), can be seen standing third from the right.
