Photograph of panellists at a literary event held during the Malian Centre’s celebrations for World Book Day, which took place in Timbuktu on 22-23 April 2018. This event was organised in collaboration with Lecture Vivante, and comprised poetry recitals, talks, and debates. At this event the Malian writer and historian Salem Ould El Hajj, who can be seen seated second from the right, was awarded the Prix du concours de lecture and the Diplôme du mérite littéraire.
