In this book Flecha, vice-president of the Paraguayan Centre (2017-), and Martini, writer and historian, analyse the political landscape in Paraguay thirty years on since the overthrow of the Paraguayan military dictator Alfredo Stroessner in 1989. This panel event took place on 7 February 2019 at the Alianza Francesa in Asunción.
