This event was held at the College for Higher Tibetan Studies located in Sarah village, near Dharamsala, and featued the participation of over 300 students and 15 teachers. At this event the Centre promoted their support for PEN cases including the Quatari poet Mohammed al-Ajami, the Eritrean poet Amanuel Asrat, the Kazakh poet Aron Atabek, the Chinese artist Liu Xia, the Palestinian artist Ashraf Fayadh, and the Tibetan writer Shokjang.
