Empty Chair for Raif Badawi

Poster used for the empty chair dedicated to Saudi blogger and editor Raif Badawi, and signed by the members of various Centres during the biennial ICORN Network Meeting and PEN International Writers in Prison Conference, which was held in Lillehammer from 31 May to 2 June 2017 and titled In Other Words. Badawi was arrested on 17 June 2012 and in 2014, sentenced to 1,000 lashings and ten years in prison on accusations of apostasy and for activism through his online debate forum Free Saudi Liberals. The portrait was drawn by Maxine Young.

Cartel usado para la silla vacía dedicada al bloguero saudí Raif Badawi, firmado por miembros de varios Centros durante la reunión bienal conjunta entre ICORN y el Comité de Escritores en Prisión de PEN Internacional, celebrada en Lillehammer del 31 de mayo al 2 de junio de 2017, con el título In Other Words.
