Tibetan delegation supporting persecuted writers

Also with them is Bei Ling, second from the left, co-founder and president of the Independent Chinese Centre, and Tienchi Martin-Liao, second from the right, president of the Independent Chinese Centre (2009-13; 2016-20). This photograph was taken at the 80th PEN International Congress in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, which was held from 29 September to 2 October 2014 and titled My language, my story, my freedom.
