This event was chaired by Franca Tiberto, president of the Swiss Italian and Reto-Romansh Centre (1998-2017), and featured talks by: Vladimir Bukovsky, Soviet dissident and political activist; Alexander Tkachenko, founding member and general secretary of the Russian Centre (1994-2007); and Marta Carletti Dell’Asta, Italian essayist and academic.
