Statutes of the Trieste Centre

Statutes titled “Associazione P.E.N. Trieste; Statuto”, which were passed at a meeting by the Trieste Centre on 25 September 2003, ff. 8. The meeting at which this document was created, and at which the Trieste Centre was officially estalished, was held at the Caffè San Marco in Trieste. This document sets out its criteria for membership, the rules for its governance, as well as the process for electing committee members. It was officially signed by the founding members of the Trieste Centre on 9 January 2004. The Trieste Centre was officially accepted by the Assembly of Delegates on 25 November 2003, during the 69^th Congress of PEN International, in Mexico City.

Statuts intitulés "Associazione P.E.N. Trieste; Statuto", lesquelles furent votées lors d'une réunion du Centre de Trieste, le 25 septembre 2003, ff. 8. La réunion lors de laquelle ce document fut créé, et le Centre de Trieste officiellement établi, s'est déroulée au Caffè San Marco, à Trieste. Ce document fixe ses critères d'adhésion, les règles liées à sa gouvernance, ainsi que le processus d'élection pour les membres des comités. Il fut officiellement signé par les membres fondateurs du Centre de Trieste le 9 janvier 2004. Le Centre de Trieste fut officiellement accepté par l'Assemblée des délégués le 25 novembre 2003, lors du 69^e Congrès de PEN International, à Mexico City.

Estatutos titulados "Associazione P.E.N. Trieste; Statuto", aprobados en una reunión del Centro de Trieste el 25 de septiembre de 2003, ff. El Centro celebró su reunión inaugural en el Caffè San Marco, Trieste, donde se creó el documento. Se establecen los criterios para convertise en miembro, las normas de gobernación y el proceso para elegir miembros del comité. Se firmó oficialmente por los miembros fundadores del Centro de Trieste el 9 de enero de 2004. El Centro de Trieste fue aceptado a PEN oficialmente durante la asamblea de delegados del 25 de noviembre de 2003, durante el 69^o Congreso de PEN Internacional, en Ciudad de México.
