Constitutive Act of Trieste Centre

Constitution and rules titled “Atto Costitutivo dell’Associazione P.E.N. Trieste”, which were passed at a meeting held by the Trieste Centre on 25 September 2003, ff. 3. The meeting at which this document was created, and at which the Trieste Centre was officially estalished, was held at the Caffè San Marco in Trieste. The document provides a summary of PEN’s principles and vision, and sets out the rules governing the administration of the Centre. It was officially signed by the founding members of the Trieste Centre on 9 January 2004. The Trieste Centre was officially accepted by the Assembly of Delegates on 25 November 2003, during the 69^th Congress of PEN International, in Mexico City.

Constitution et règles intitulées "Atto Costitutivo dell'Associazione P.E.N. Trieste", lesquelles furent votées lors d'une réunion du Centre de Trieste, le 25 septembre 2003, ff. 3. La réunion lors de laquelle ce document fut créé, et le Centre de Trieste officiellement établi, s'est déroulée au Caffè San Marco, à Trieste. Ce document fournit un résumé des valeurs et de la vision de PEN, et fixe les règles gouvernant l'administration du Centre. Il fut officiellement signé par les membres fondateurs du Centre de Trieste le 9 janvier 2004. Constitución y regaglas tituladas «Atto Costitutivo dell'Associazione P.E.N. Trieste», que fueron aprobadas durante una reunión del Centro de Trieste, el 25 de septiembre de 2003, ff. 3. La reunión en la que se creó el documento, por el que el Centro fue fundado, se celebró en el Caffè San Marco, Trieste. Este documento proporciona un resumen de los valores y de la visión de PEN, y detalla las normas de gobernación de la administración del Centro. Fue oficialmente firmado por los miembros fundadores del Centro de Trieste el 9 de enero de 2004. El Centro de Trieste fue oficialmente aceptado por la Asamblea de delegados el 25 de noviembre de 2003, durante el 69^o Congreso de PEN Internacional, en Ciudad de México.
