This photograph was most likely taken during the World Conference on Linguistic Rights, which was organised by the TLRC and Escarré International Center for Ethnic Minorities and Nations (CIEMEN), with support from UNESCO, and took place on 6-8 June 1996 at the University of Barcelona.
