Trang Châu Lê Văn Châu
Photograph of Trang Châu Lê Văn Châu (Trang Châu), president of the Vietnamese Abroad Centre (1991-92). In the 1980s Lê Văn Châu volunteered in missions to help refugees leaving Vietnam on small boats. During his presidency he ammended the Centre’s by-laws and regulations.
