This submission was created by the Vietnamese Abroad Centre as part of the country review of The Socialist Republic of Vietnam during the 32^nd session of the Universal Periodic Review (January – February 2019). In the document the Centre summarises the various cases of threats to human rights and freedom of expression that the organisation has been campaining for throughout 2018.
