Juan Francisco Bedregal
Photograph of Juan Francisco Bedregal, founder and first president of the Bolivian Centre. Bedregal established the Bolivian Centre in La Paz in 1931 and remained president until it went dormant some years later. His daughter, Yolanda, went on to become one of Boliva’s most celebrated writers and one of the Centre’s early general secretaries.

Photographie de Juan Francisco Bedregal, fondateur et premier président du Centre bolivien. Bedregal a établi le Centre bolivien à La Paz en 1931 et est demeuré président jusqu'à ce que le centre soit déclaré inactif, plusieurs années plus tard. Sa fille, Yolanda, deviendra l'une des écrivaines les plus illustres de la Bolivie, ainsi que l'une des premières secrétaires générales du Centre.
