Unveiling the 75^th anniversary plaque

This event took place at Bar San Roque in Asunción – a regular meeting place for the Paraguayan Centre – on 19 October 2018. Emi Kasamatsu, president of the Paraguayan Centre (2007-12; 2017-19), can be seen standing at the end on the right addressing the room.
