WiPC meeting at the 81^st Congress

Photograph taken on the 13 October 2015 during the Writers in Prison Committee (WiPC) meeting at the 81^st PEN International Congress which took place from 13 to 16 October 2015 in Quebec City. The title of the Congress was Translation = Creation = Freedom. Standing on the left, facing the camera, is William Nygaard, president of the Norwegian Centre (2013-19). Next to him, on the right, is Hege Newth Nouri, general secretary at the Norwegian Centre. Sitting on the right is Cécile Cloutier, former Board member of the Quebecois Center.
