John Ralston Saul, president of PEN International (2009-15), can be seen seated at the centre on the front row. Seated to his right is Simona Škrabec, chair of TLRC (2014-20); to the right of Škrabec is Takeaki Hori, international secretary of PEN International (2010-16). Josep-Maria Terricabras, chair of TLRC (2008-14) is standing second from the right on the back row. Others present include delegates from the Slovene, Swiss-Italian, Quebecois, Occitan, Catalan, Croatian, Uyghur, Basque, Romanian and Zimbabwean PEN Centres.
