Here the delegates can be seen seated in the great hall at the University of Barcelona, where the conference was held.

Fotografía de delegados de 61 ONGs y 41 Centros PEN, además de 40 expertos en derechos lingüísticos de todo el mundo, en la Conferencia Mundial de Derechos Lingüísticos, organizada por el Comité de Traducción y Derechos Lingüísticos (TLRC, por sus siglas en inglés) y el Centro Internacional Escarré para las Minorías Étnicas y Nacionales (CIEMEN), con el apoyo de la UNESCO, del 6 al 8 de junio de 1996. Los delegados pueden verse sentados en el praninfo de la Universidad de Barcelona, donde tuvo lugar la conferencia.
