PEN Members in Hasankeyf

Photograph of PEN members sharing lunch together in the ancient town of Hasankeyf. Among them are Bêrîvan Doskî, second from the right, vice-president (2013-16) co-president (2016-19) and honorary president (2019-) of the Kurdish Centre, and Carles Torner, end on the right, executive director of PEN International (2014-20). This visit to Hasankeyf was made whilst PEN members were gathered in Turkey for The International PEN Diyarbakir Seminar on Cultural Diversity – a seminar that was organised by PEN International in collaboration with the Kurdish Centre and took place in Diyarbakir-Amed on 20-25 March 2005.
