Mani’s first collection of poems Tomorrow is the first day of the world was published in 1975, and by 2016 more than sixty of his works had been published. Mani has lived in Germany since 1984 and is considered one of the most accomplished and prolific poets in contemporary Iranian literature. He is also a member of the German Centre, and has established a radio station for Persian literature in Germany.
