Photograph of Liệu Hữu Lê, vice-president of the Vietnamese Abroad Centre (2018-20). Liệu Hữu Lê, who is affectionately known as ‘the cowboy poet’ amongst Centre members, was one of the main organisors of a literary camp held by the Centre in Houston in 2016.
