Photograph of employees from the Mishkinsky District Library in the Kurgan Oblast region opening a package of new books sent to them by the Moscow Centre. In May 2019 the Moscow Centre delivered parcels of books, most of which were written, translated, or compiled by PEN members (including Lyudmila Ulitskaya, Alexander Arkhangelsky, president of the Moscow Centre, Nadezhda Azhgikhina, Maria Galina, Maria Falikman, Nune Barsegyan, Oleg Lekmanov, Marina Vishnevetskaya, Nadezhda Belya Drobot, Olga Varshaver, Natalia Mavlevich, and Irina Staf) to libraries in the Vologda, Kurgan, and Novgorod regions.
