Letter from Dawson Scott to Estonian PEN
Handwritten letter from Catharine Amy Dawson Scott to Estonian PEN, [London], 1928, ff. 2. In this letter Dawson Scott, founder of PEN International, welcomes the Estonian Centre to PEN and gives recommendations for the Centre’s management. The Estonian Centre was officially established in Tartu in 1928, although Estonian writers had taken part in PEN International’s Congresses since 1926.
