Farida Hossain

Photograph of Farida Hossain, third president of the Bangladesh Centre (2003-18). Hossain became a member of the Bangladesh Centre in 1990 and represented the Centre at the 64^th PEN International Congress in Edinburgh, 1997. In 2004 she received the Ekushey Padak Prize, the second highest civilian honour in Bangladesh.
