Commemorating Judith Rodriguez

Electronic circular from Chris McKenzie to PEN members and friends of PEN, [Melbourne], November 2018, ff. 2. In this obituary McKenzie remembers and commemorates the life and work of Judith Rodriguez, president (1989-92) and vice-president of the Melbourne Centre (1992-2007), member of PEN International’s Board (2001-06), chair of the Search Committee (2008-09; 2009-12), member of the Women Writers Committee, and vice-president of PEN International (2017-18). The circular opens with an extract from a poem by Rodriguez written in 1973, titled Nu-Plastik Fanfare Red, and closes with a photograph of Rodriguez beside the front cover of one of her poetry anthologies, The Feather Boy and Other Poems.
