The three men seated on the left-hand side of the front row are, from left to right: Ryhor Baradulin, first president of the Belarusian Centre (1990-99); Vasil Bykaŭ, president of the Belarusian Centre (1999-2003); and Carlos Sherman, founding member and honorary vice-president of the Belarusian Centre (1989-2003).
