Argument against the approval of Moscow Centre

Typed copy of a document containing three emails from the Saint-Petersbourg Centre, Tatar Centre and Russian Centre, sent respectively on 4, 9 and 20 September 2018, to PEN International. These emails express different points of view regarding the candidature of the Moscow Centre. The Moscow Centre was welcomed in the organisation during the 84^th PEN International Congress in Pune, India, in 2018. The Congress was held on 25-29 September and titled Experiments with Truth: Freedom, Truth, Diversity.

Copie tapuscrite d'un document contenant trois courriels provenant du Centre pétersbourgeois, du Centre tatar et du Centre russe, envoyés respectivement le 4, 9 et 20 septembre 2018, à PEN International. Ces courriels expriment différents points de vue quant à la candidature du Centre moscovite. Le Centre basé à Moscou a été accueilli au sein de l'organisation au cours du 84^e Congrès de PEN International à Pune, Inde, en 2018. Le Congrès s'est tenu du 25 au 29 septembre 2018 et portait le titre : Experiments with Truth: Freedom, Truth, Diversity.

Estos correos electrónicos expresan diferentes puntos de vista sobre la candidatura del Centro de Moscú. El Centro de Moscú fue aceptado como parte de PEN Internacional durante el 84^o Congreso de PEN Internacional en Pune, India, en 2018. El Congreso tuvo lugar del 25 al 29 de Septiembre y llevó por título Experiments with Truth.
