Photograph of delegates taking part in a panel event held during the 80^th PEN International Congress in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, which was held from 29 September to 2 October 2014. Among them are: Lobsang Chokta, second from the left, vice-president of the Tibetan Writers Abroad Centre (2012-16); and Simona Škrabec, on the right, chair of PEN International’s Translation and Linguistic Rights Committee (2014-20). The title of this Congress was My language, my story, my freedom.
