In this report the Malian Centre relay the programme of activites that were held for the 3^rd edition of their literary gathering Rencontre Internationale des Écrivains, Éducateurs, Communicateurs, which was titled ‘Tous mobilisés contre l’ethnicisation’. As well as a timetable of events, the report contains pictures of key speakers and audiences. This gathering comprised debates and writing workshops and took place in Bamako on 18-23 December 2018.
